🔺️Favorite part about working at Clarks: "Hands down the people. All the way from the retail team to the guys on the slaughter floor, we work together as a team to reach the common goal of making each customer satisfied."

🔺️ Favorite Cut of Meat: "It’s all about the jerky for me! My favorite has to be the BBQ processed jerky. They are all wonderful but that one takes the cake for me!"

🔺️ One thing you didn’t know about meat processing before that you do now: "Definitely the savings you get by buying a 1/2 or full beef and just how many options there are when it comes to the cuts our customers want."

"My favorite cut of meat is Tri-tip Roasts!"

🔺️One thing you didn't know about meat processing before that you do now:
"Something I did not know before starting here was that you could purchase ¼, ½ or a whole
beef. I also did not realize how prevalent it was that people would purchase local beef instead of
going to the grocery store for their meat needs."

We sure adore this gal and are blessed to have her on our Clark's Crew!😊

🔺️Favorite part about working at Clark's:
"My favorite thing is the people. The girls I work
with up front are my best friends! I also have loved learning about all the meat cuts, getting
advice from my fellow coworkers, it's all definitely made me a better cook at home! I also work
with my sister in law and brother, which just makes every day more enjoyable."

🔺️Favorite cut of meat:
"My favorite products are bacon and steak ends. They are so affordable and you can make so many things with them. I use both multiple times a week!"

🔺️One thing you didn't know about meat processing before that you do now:
"I would say that I've learned everything I know about meat processing from working here. From learning about all of the cuts in depth, to recognizing the true value in buying sides of beef instead of weekly grocery shopping. I also am a huge fan of cutting up my own steaks, experimenting with different kinds of meats and how to cook them."
