Clark's Custom Meat Co. We are the specialty butcher shop you send your friends! We have a retail market as well as do custom processing for beef, hogs, lamb, goats, and wild game.

We make all of our own specialty sausages, snack sticks, jerky, and smoked meats including ham and bacon right here in our shop. We only carry high quality beef, pork and chicken! Many of our other products are made by the best in Missouri including Missouri wines, award winning BBQ sauces, dips, candles and much more.
