✨Litha✨ Midsummer - Everything is vibrant and growing and a little wild. It’s hot and the days are long. Watermelon and fans, swimming and sticky evenings spent outside.. Things can start to feel a little frantic and fast paced, and as much as we love summertime, we might start to yearn for the quieter, cozier days ahead. Litha represents our years 33 through 43 so if that’s you pay attention to how the energy feels- you are in the Midsummer of your life!

Immanuel Kant talked about this concept of mankind living in a self-imposed nunnage, meaning our default is to find gods or gurus to tell us how to live, what our purpose is, what our values are. Breaking out of that is one of the hardest things you can do, but also the most rewarding and the most beautiful. If society is going to truly move forward, we need to be aware of this. We need to understand our own propensity towards following gods and gurus, how they are made, how we are influenced by them, and how to find our own freedom.
