🇲🇽 Happy Cinco de Mayo!!…
We know, we know—“Mayo” doesn’t mean mayonnaise 😉
But once the idea popped into our heads, we couldn’t unthink it.

Because really… is there anything better than a swipe of mayo on fresh bread, piled high with juicy local tomatoes, maybe some crisp lettuce, and (if that’s your thing) a little bacon? Mmm.
