Once upon a time, there was a cozy little meat shop in the heart of St. Paul that had delicious meats, friendly mongers, and REALLY good AC ❄️
Customers would regularly find their way in from passing by or looking for a local meat market on Google, but they discovered the cozy little shop was so much more than just a butcher shop. The mongers told them about the amazing local farms where they sourced their products, like Peterson Craft Meats, Kadejan Farm, and Pork and Plants. The more they shopped there, the more they got to know the friendly mongers and the mongers got to know them too. The mongers learned their names, their orders, and their stories, and visa versa. The mongers watched families get bigger, kids grow up, students graduating, and were proud to be a part of these stories by connecting the way that all humans know - through delicious food. And eventually the customers realized they weren’t just customers anymore, they were part of the cozy meat shop’s story now.
And they all lived happily ever after!
