For the lovers of exciting and spicy foods, we’re now in the process of infusing our local crescent lake honey with jalapeño and habanero peppers to create a HOT HONEY!
Keep in mind that because of the heating process required for the infusion, this ca n no longer be considered “raw” honey, but it sure is tasty!
We will have a limited quantity available for purchase.

It was a very busy day at the local buzz today. Huge honey harvest, we got at least 80 pounds today! Thank you to all our big and small helpers. Everyone seemed to have had a great time. Now we have lots of honey for sale!

Soooo, we just had our state inspection of the hives and the girls are loaded up on honey! Sounds like we're going to be pulling a huge harvest this weekend. Anyone interested in partaking?

It was harvest time at the local buzz. Small, but very tasty! This small batch (19 bottles) has a very fruity flavor. You can taste the mangoes and citrus from our yard!!!
We had excellent help today from Courtney and Hana who helped us with the whole process. They were all suited up and later helped with uncapping and spinning the frames and then with bottling. In 3 weeks we’ll probably do it all over again....
