Freeze-dried apples made for a great snack. This little one demolished the bag. Easy to eat by themselves. Easy to clean up, there is no sticky fruit juice to mess with. The best thing it's healthy for them.
Freeze-dried food only loses 4% of the nutritional value.

We have freeze-dried green beans and sweet potatoes. They are good plain or with flavor on them. Hard stop eating once you start.
