Lineup for Saturday, July 25th from 9-noon on the back lot of 217 West Main is as follows:
Quandt’s Produce: so they have everything. The red and yellow peppers, potatoes, Garlic, Lisa’s heirloom tomatoes, Candy onions, watermelon, cantaloupe and sweet corn fed several people at our home last Sunday! The best ever!! The boys will carry your purchases to your car and they are very kind and fun!
Nana’s Kitchen: last week, they sold out of her blackberry pies very early! I hope she makes more! We had her pistachio loaf and it was superb!!
Shelby’s Farm Eggs: I love how so many younger people are homesteading these days. Kudos to you Shelby!
Uncle Randy’s Sweets & More: so the pickled beets are as good as what my grandma Alice used to make and that is saying something! His pickles are amazing too. I have not opened the jar of pickled garlic yet, but I’m sure it is amazing!
SWAG: the pulled pork was superb last week! Hoping for breakfast burritos tomorrow! Ask him on their page for breakfast brisket burritos and maybe he will say yes!
The Lakeside Shop: they will be set up along the south side of the lot for easier access to their store. Terri takes credit cards because many of us don’t carry enough cash! Her cookbook stand, tray, S’Mores tray all made their way to my car! Haha. Shop for Christmas gifts with them! Hopefully, Rhonda will have her Fall and Christmas wreaths on display! They will take preorders.
Virginia’s Weaving: her rugs, dish cloths and dish towels would make wonderful stocking stuffers!
Our 3D World: last week, they had several very cute Christmas 🎄 items! Wonderful stocking stuffers can be purchased from them!
Red, White & True: in addition to Tony’s hand crafted flags and paintings, he is bringing sections of the high school bleacher boards for sale at $10.00 each. If you sat on those bleachers like so many of us did, you can buy a little piece of your high school history. Maybe he will engrave them for you???
Sierra’s Soaps & Herbal Products: so her charcoal soap and shampoo bar work really well and get you really clean and smell really good!! Again, anything from her table will be loved as stocking stuffers!
A Splash In The Meadows: Jennifer makes mini paint kits. I think she has a sale price on them this week for Christmas in July. I want one in my stocking and I know any child or adult will agree!
Prairie Creek Farms: she grows and arranges fresh flowers. This is her first time at our market! Make her feel welcome by buying every arrangement she brings!
That wraps up the line up for tomorrow!
After tomorrow, there are only FIVE MORE Saturday mornings for Historic Farmer’s Market & Music On The Porch!
You’d better get your sweet corn and tomatoes in order for canning, freezing, juice making and anything else you can do with produce. Fall and Winter are coming…..and Christmas!! Have fun tomorrow and enjoy every minute! It’s going very fast!!
