The busiest catering week I can remember. My team… came in early, stayed late and pushed through. Grazing Fields would be nothing without Saydee, Paige, Melissa, Lindsey and the hubs Jacob. I’d still just be a girl with cheesy aspirations and a head full of ideas. We are still on the graduation celebrations this week… so thankful for everyone that has entrusted us with their catering needs during life’s big moments.

Just opened this Quicke’s Clothbound Goat’s Milk cheese. Oh, tasty treat! Milky, creamy. Big milky start, notes of toasted bread, nice salinity and a beautiful almost floral finish. So clean tasting for a Clothbound cheese.
