The market parking lot, along with surrounding streets -- Clay, Broad, and Main -- will be closed from 7 a.m. until the event ends.

There are no Credit or EBT token sales at the market this Saturday. Vendors will still accept market tokens if you have some on hand.

We will resume normal operations next Saturday (9/19) to kick off the fall season at the market.

Labor Day weekend kicks off the September market season. While fall is just around the corner, the market still has plenty of summer staples—cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, peppers, figs, berries, and more.

Be sure to stock up this week, as many of our vendors will be off next Saturday for Olde Salem Days. Look for more information about market vendors at OSD next week.

The Salem Farmers Market welcomes Roanoke College students back to Salem and invites you out to Maroon Day at the market this Saturday.
Stop by the Salem Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to noon to check out all the locally grown produce, artisan baked goods, flower bouquets, handcrafted soaps, cold brew coffee and much more available every Saturday.
Stop by stall 9 -- located at the front corner of the market -- and show your Maroon Card to receive a free voucher for:
