Today is DragonTongue Delights Chex Mix day and boy am I missing my huge stainless steel bowls I left in Oregon. This chex mix includes 3 5 pounds of deluxe mixed nuts, 2 pounds cocktail peanuts, hunters mix, chex cereals, bugles, goldfish, cheez its, pretzels, pita chips and more. Baked low and slow at 250 degrees it is a family favorite and mailing some to family and friends back in Oregon. Over $120 in ingredients and 4 hours in the oven!
