The FRY Sausage.
Tomorrow, a very dear man to many in the Salem Community will be laid to rest. A short time ago, Charlie stopped by the locker and told us the story of how the "Fry Sausage" came to be: He simply said that shortly after he bought the locker (70 years go) he went to "sausage school". "Then, I came back and just 'made up my own recipe'." 😆 (Insert the Charlie laugh here). Well, Charlie, your "recipe" has lasted for generations. Today, 300 lbs of your Fry Sausage was loaded to head to Minneapolis because these customers just can't find sausage like this anywhere else!
Rest in Peace, Charlie. 🙏 And thank you for your legacy. ❤️

It's GO Time!! For all those sandwich makers sending guys (and gals) to the field, we're here to help! 1/2 lb each of deli ham, roast beef, turkey, summer sausage and sliced cheese, along with a snack pack of our regular beef sticks!
