We combine the finest Willamette Valley Berries with premium quality ingredients to form shortcakes, milkshakes, smoothies, and many other to-die-for options. This week at the Shortcake Stand. Their weekly special drink is Raspberry Matcha. They use fresh raspberry puree and raspberry syrup to make this refreshing iced drink. 🧊🍵
The iced raspberry matcha is only available in the 16 Oz size and is $5.50 (same price as a mocha).
Stop by the Shortcake Stand to cool off with this or another chilled drink!

Strawberry, Mixed Berry, and Peach oh my! 🍓🫐🍑
All three toppings of Shortcake are available at the Shortcake Stand! 🍰
Peach Shortcake is made with peaches from our orchard, and Mixed Berry is a combination of blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
With everything being early this year. We won't have all three available for as long as we usually do this year. So, dont wait too long to stop by and get yourself a Shortcake!

Peach Lemonade Slushies are available again in the Shortcake Stand! 🍑 We have two flavors of Lemonade slushies in the summer. 🌞
Right now the flavors of slushie are Strawberry Lemonade and Peach Lemonade. We rotate the flavors to reflect what's in season!
If you haven't tried them before. They are light, refreshing, and have a great peachy flavor! Just dont drink them too fast or you'll get a brain freeze. 🥶

E.Z. Orchards Holiday Hours! 🇺🇲
We will be open regular hours Friday July 3rd, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Closed on Saturday July 4th.
Closed on Sunday July 5th (as we are closed on Sundays).
We will resume regular hours on Monday July 6th.
The Shortcake Stand and the Market have the same Holiday hours.

Holiday Weekend! 🍓✨️
Not only is today Juneteenth but Sunday is Father's Day. It is a jam packed Holiday weekend!
Luckily for this Holiday weekend Mixed Berry Shortcake is now available at the Shortcake Stand. There are currenyly two flavors for Shortcake topping Strawberry or Mixed Berry! 🍰
We have many kinds of berries in season now. Including local strawberries, obsidian blackberries, Columbia sunrise blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries! 🫐
We are open regular hours this weekend:
Today Friday (6/19/26) 9am-6pm
Saturday (6/20/26) 9am-5pm
Closed Sunday (6/21/26)

ts the most wonderful time of the year! Strawberry Shortcake Season! 🍓

The Shortcake Stand is now open for the season. It will be open now until early September with the summer menu. The Shortcake Stand has the same hours as the Market. Open Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm, and closed Sundays.

The Shortcake Stand is located next to our Market in our lavender garden. 5504 Hazelgreen Rd NE Salem, OR 97305.

A large Shortcake is now $7.99 and a small Shortcake is now $7.45. We had to change local bakeries this year. They continue to use our recipe so the cakes will taste the same! We have made a few improvements to the biscuit that we hope you'll love! (The Shortcakes are the only items with different prices from last year.)

Strawberry is the only topping option for Shortcake right now, but later this summer we will also have Mixed Berry and Peach.

This week's drink special is the Shortcake Latte!

Today is the last day of the summer menu for the Shortcake Stand. Your last chance to get a Strawberry Shortcake until next year. 🍰
We have a limited amount of peaches today. So, we might not be able to serve Peach Shortcake the entire day.
The Shortcake Stand will be open on weekends during HarvestFest, but with our Fall Menu. Instead of Shortcakes they will have Caramel apples, pie with ice cream, hot Cider, Cider slushies and more!
Dont miss out on the last day of the Shortcake Stand! We are open from 9:00am-5:00pm today. 🍓

It's our favorite time of summer; peach season! 🍑☀️
Early Red Haven Peaches from our orchard are in!
Now that we have peaches from our orchard. We now have peach Shortcake available in the Shortcake Stand. Along with other peach treats like milkshakes and smoothies. Right now is the brief time of year when we have all three shortcake toppings available!
So, stop by E.Z. Orchards this weekend to beat the heat and get a refreshing peach dessert and some fresh peaches to take home.

(We do not offer u-pick for anything that we grow).
