The lawsuit has been filed. Now, we watch. There are two major developments that will shape the future of Missouri’s h**p industry:

⚖️ First, we await the federal court’s response to the lawsuit and our request for relief on behalf of qualifying members.

🏛️ Second, we’re closely monitoring Congress as discussions continue surrounding potential federal h**p legislation that could impact the industry nationwide.

While these legal and legislative battles unfold, one thing remains true: h**p remains federally legal under current federal law, and lawful h**p products continue to be legal in Missouri under existing law. That makes it more important than ever for businesses to stay informed and engaged as the legal landscape continues to evolve.
