Fresh dried scoby for our new pup, Callie! She may be sitting pretty here, but she quickly gobbles these up.

With our new brew process to keep alcohol levels low, we don’t brew in glass jars anymore. The old home brew scoby hotel now has a purpose again!

If you are making your own scoby snacks, I recommend starting with giving your pup a half a scoby and maxing out at 1-2 total per week.
