Did you receive a Lead and Copper Sampling Kit from Salisbury-Rowan Utilities? If you received one of these kits at your home, Salisbury-Rowan Utilities distributed it as part of the water quality monitoring program. The EPA and State of North Carolina require water systems to test for lead and copper in water collected from homes built before 1986.
A limited number of customers were selected to participate, so not every customer will receive a sample kit. If you received one, follow the enclosed instructions and place the filled sample bottle outside your door for pickup. Thank you to everyone who participates in this important testing program.
