We are a USDA federal inspected facility. We accept beef, pork, goat, lamb and deer for processing. We also offer pheasant hunts throughout the year!

You can purchase meat products at our plant, the Sallisaw Farmer’s market or at our J&D’s steakhouse.

We were thrilled to recently welcome the Central FFA students to Seven Oaks Meat Processing! 🥩💜💛

They had the opportunity to see the magic happen on our meat processing floor, get a behind-the-scenes look at our operation, and learn more about what we do best—from processing to producing quality meats for our customers.

We always enjoy sharing our industry with the next generation and giving students a firsthand look at the hard work, skill, and dedication that goes into meat processing.

Our sweet girl, Sadie, is still missing and we are absolutely heartbroken. 💔🐾

Sadie was frightened by the fireworks on July 1 and escaped from the Country Club Estates area in Sallisaw, running toward the fields. She is a 40 lb English Setter wearing a pink collar with our contact information on it.

Sadie is shy with strangers, so if you see her, please do not chase or call out to her loudly. If possible, take a picture, note the location, and contact us immediately.

She is also on medication that she needs, and we miss her more than words can say.

We want to sincerely thank everyone who has shared our posts, searched for her, checked their property, and reached out to check on us. Your kindness and support mean so much to our family.

Please continue sharing and keeping an eye out for our sweet girl. We aren’t giving up on bringing Sadie home. ❤️
