New product alert! This yuzu koshu just hit the shelf, and we are so excited to share it with you. This citrusy, spicy, and umami paste is loved across Japan for the vibrant kick it adds to any dish. Use it sparingly (a little goes a long way!) in stir-fries, salad dressings, on top of fish, in sandwiches; the opportunities are endless!

We have local pink oyster mushrooms from ! These beauties are grown right down the street from our shop. Pink oysters are distinctly woody in both taste and texture, making for an excellent meaty alternative in soups or breakfast dishes. Supporting our neighbors and sharing hyperlocal produce is something we never get tired of, especially when it’s this delicious!

American Vinegar Works is a small-batch vinegar maker based in New England that ferments American wines, ciders, and brews to show that a thoughtfully made vinegar doesn’t have to come from overseas!

We’ve brought in two new varieties to our selection. The Rice Wine Vinegar is made with junmai-grade California sake and has a naturally fuller mouthfeel and a clean, layered tang. This is perfect for elevating dishes without adding much acidity! The Rosé Wine Vinegar is lighter than a red wine vinegar, but has more body than a white. It has a summery acidity and a savory fruit finish and can be used anywhere you’d use red or white vinegars.

Fava beans are one of the oldest domesticated crops, with evidence of cultivation dating back over 10,000 years. We are so excited that one of our favorite springtime staples are back on the shelf! They require a little extra prep, as each bean has a slightly bitter skin that’s best removed before eating. But, their earthy, nutty flavor and creamy texture are so worth it!

Colston Bassett is the smallest and most traditional dairy still producing Stilton, which by regulation can only be made in a specific region of England. They’ve sourced milk from the same five neighboring farms since the 1920s and have had just three head cheesemakers in that time! Their curds are still hand-ladled, a slower process that helps create a softer, more cohesive texture. The result is a Stilton that’s moist and creamy with a minerally and slightly fruity flavor. It’s rich without being overly sharp and goes amazingly with pears and walnuts, either as a snack or in a salad!
