Hello Everyone,
It has been great getting to know all of you at the Gardener-village Farmers Market and the Utah Co-Op. We have loved being there and are very excited to help you get your meat needs taken care of.
As you know now is the time for ordering your 1/4, 1/2 and wholes .Below is more information on the process.
All meat is hormone, nitrate, antibiotic, and gluten free. We mainly do grass fed animals, but can still get corn finished beef for those who would prefer those.
All spices are USDA certified organic and we also use Redmond Sea Salt.
These prices also include delivery if you are in the Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, South SLC, or West Jordan areas. You are also more than welcome to arrange pick up at the Gardener Village Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Beef
1/4 - 80 lbs. of take home meat = $425
1/2 - 160 lbs. of take home meat = $850
Whole - 320+ lbs. of take home meat = $1,650
You are also more than welcome to your soup bones and organ meat we throw these away like crazy!
The meat on whatever option you choose is divided equally (for example: on a 1/4 you are not restricted to the front shoulder of the cow. The whole cow is cut up and steaks, hamburger and roasts are divided equally. So your going to receive rump roasts and shoulders along with rib eyes and sirloins.)
Different cuts available:
Roasts- Rump Roast (Can be rolled and tied or regular)
Shoulder Roast (Chuck these are bone in)
Brisket Roast (Rolled and tied roast)
Roasts can be whatever lb. you prefer.
Steaks- Rib Eye
New York
Sirloin
Skirt/Flank
Tenderloin/Fillet Mignon
Steak weight depend on the size of your cow.
Ground Beef - Ground Beef (1lb. or 2lb.) (We can also spice the hamburger if that is something you may want.)
Hamburger Patties (1/4lb. or 1/3lb. however many in a package you need.)
Short Ribs- can be cut into whatever size you prefer.
We also are more than happy to accommodate any other cuts that you may prefer (hanging tenders, London broil, etc.)
Pork
1/2 - 80 lbs. of take home meat = $325
Whole - 160 lbs. of take home meat = $550
Different cuts available:
Roasts- Rump Roast (Can be rolled and tied or regular)
Shoulder Roast (Chuck these are bone in)
Roasts can be whatever lb. you prefer.
Pork Chops- can be bone-in or tenderized
Spare Ribs - can be whatever size you choose.
Fresh Pork side and ham steaks
We can also send meat away to be cured (Please remember our smoker is not up and ready quite yet. Smoked products from other facilities are NOT nitrate free.)
Sausage - 1-2lb. ground sausage packages; regular, spicy, Italian and maple.
1lb. Brats; Jalapeno Chipolte and Spicy Italian
8oz. Breakfast links; regular, spicy and maple.
(You can also request to have no sugar added.) (Brats and links are an extra cost because of the labor that goes into stuffing them.)
Lamb
1/2 - 40 lbs. of take home meat = $200
Whole - 80 lbs. of take home meat = $350
Different cuts available:
Leg of lamb
Lamb Chops (sirloin, bone-in)
Lamb Burger
Lamb Hamburger Patties (1/4 or 1/3lb.)
We can also do other specialty cuts as they are wanted.
Mutton
1/2 - 45 lbs. of take home meat = $140
Whole - 90 lbs. of take home meat = $275

Chops
