We've been made aware that scammers are impersonating our organization and reaching out to vendors with fraudulent opportunities. These bad actors are attempting to collect your personal information, banking details, or upfront payments.
**🚨 RED FLAGS TO WATCH FOR:**
- Unsolicited contact via text, email, or social media
- Requests for banking information or wire transfers
- Demands for upfront fees or "registration costs"
- Pressure to respond immediately
- Poor grammar or unprofessional communication
- Email addresses that don't match our Saltillo Main Street address.
**✅ LEGITIMATE VENDOR APPLICATIONS:**
If you're genuinely interested in working with us as a vendor, please ONLY use our official application process. All legitimate vendor inquiries and applications must be submitted through ourapproved link.
**REMEMBER:**
- We will NEVER ask for upfront payments
- We will NEVER request banking details via email or text
- All official communications come from verified company email addresses
- We follow proper procurement procedures with contracts and documentation- you will receive a Quickbooks invoice once approved.
**Protect yourself and your business. When in doubt, verify directly with our official channels before sharing any information.**
