Recognizing the unanimous love for my homemade salsa, a seed of entrepreneurial spirit was planted. Initially a side venture, I crafted my salsa during spare moments, pricing it modestly at $5 per jar. As demand surged, I briefly halted production due to time constraints. Yet, the persistent appeal from a growing fan base convinced me to resume, at a higher price point of $10 per jar. Balancing a

job at Ethicon, my dedication to crafting salsa deepened when family priorities shifted dramatically during my mother's battle with cancer. Her passing in January 2023 marked a pivotal moment, propelling me to reassess my life's direction. Following her departure, I embraced a new role as a full-time entrepreneur, finding solace and purpose in crafting salsa from home. Financial struggles became a reality, but amidst the hardships, I discovered profound lessons. The journey spurred personal growth, leading to transformative lifestyle changes such as sobriety and a renewed connection with spirituality. January marked not just the start of a business endeavor but a commitment to a promise made to my late mother. Striving to be a better version of myself for the sake of family, I embarked on a journey towards self-improvement and unwavering dedication to God. While salsa success remains a significant pursuit, my primary goal is a spiritual flame for Jesus that would undoubtedly please Him – a journey that surpasses the challenges faced on the path to entrepreneurial success.

Kra-Z-Pop Cafe is now stocked up with Happy's Salsa and Events HOT VERDE!! Go by and check them out!! I know everyone is crazy about the Verde and the Medium Roasted Garlic Salsa! Y'all go by and while you're there get you something cold to drink or something to eat. So from many local small businesses while you're there! We appreciate everyone that has helped this Cafe to blossom into what it is!

🌿 Market at the Bosque was a HUGE success! 🌿
Thank y’all so much to everyone who came out and supported our vendors this weekend. The community support, positive vibes, and turnout were amazing, and we’re already looking forward to doing it again this coming Saturday!

Y’all be ready to come out, enjoy the day with us along the Concho River, and continue supporting these awesome local small businesses. 🌿

We’ve also made some changes to our Market at the Bosque and Picnic in the Park events. With gas and groceries continuing to rise, we want to do our part to help vendors continue being successful and keep these community events growing.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend everyone! 🇺🇸 We hope y’all come out and spend part of your weekend with us at The Market at the Bosque along the Concho River.

We’ve got an awesome lineup of local small businesses, great food, coffee, snowcones, handmade goods, jewelry, leatherwork, crafts, BBQ, salsa, Fredericksburg peaches, and so much more.

Come grab a coffee from Tom’s Coffee, cool off with Kona Ice, enjoy some amazing food, and support local vendors from around the Concho Valley.
