Love is in the air 💕 and cheese is on the table Alta Rolling Oaks at our Valentine’s Day charcuterie workshop! 🥰❤️ Each participant curated their very own heart shaped board with themed ingredients from their kit.

What’s included in our workshops:
🍓All ingredients carefully prepared in an individual “kit” for each participant
🍴Knife, cutting board, board and box (to take your board home after class)
🎉Decor (for themed workshops!)
👩🏻‍🎨Demonstrated techniques by your cheese stylist like the salami rose, salami river, fanned cheeses, and more!
