We are celebrating our 8th year bringing you New Mexico Hatch Chiles and we are back this year like never before!

This year in replace of store roasts, customers get to purchase boxes of both Roasted Hatch Chiles that we will be roasting for you, and Fresh Hatch Chiles that you can roast yourself! Customers can now purchase online for in-store pickup ALL SEASON LONG, Wednesdays - Saturdays! You no longer have to wait till your store hosts a Hatch Tent Event to pickup your order.
