For years, this child survived on approximately 5 approved foods! 😅
So watching him voluntarily bake brownies for his school maker class feels a little surreal.
One thing I’ve realized while building Masala On Mind: food curiosity rarely starts with pressure. It starts with exposure — watching people cook, being around flavors, seeing experimentation happen in everyday life.
And somewhere along the way, even the pickiest eaters start getting curious too.
