Fried Crab Legs

2-3 King Crab Legs
1-2 cups of Flour
salt
black pepper
paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Celia’s seasonings Seafood by the bay OR old bay seasoning
1 cup of sparkling water or b**r

Make sure to take some shears and go against the shell and cut and make sure to keep your crab legs whole. Make sure you get all of the meat out of the shell

Dry batter

Take 2 cups of flour, add 1 tsp of salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder & garlic powder and seafood by the bay/old bay seasoning and mix well and set aside

Wet batter

In a bowl, add one cup of sparkling water or b**r and add 1 tsp of hot sauce, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and seafood by the bay or old bay seasoning. Mix well. Mix until it is a smooth consistency and set aside

Heat your fryer to 350 degrees, coat king crab legs into flour and then into wet batter and add to fryer and fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and add to paper towel to remove excess oil.

**Sauce**
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of seafood by the bay seasoning or old bay seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of hot sauce
1-2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
Tsp of salt
Tsp of black pepper

Mix all ingredients until a smooth consistency, add parsley for additional flavor.
