Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be with the San Carlos Lions Club tomorrow collecting:

🧸 New, unwrapped toys and gift cards for kids and teens for the Service League of San Mateo County

🥣 Non-perishable food and paper bags with handles for Caring Cupboard

👓 Eyeglasses that will be distributed by Lions Club International

Important CalFresh Update

Due to the ongoing federal government shutdown, CalFresh (SNAP) benefits are set to lapse starting onNovember 1. This means new funds will not be added to EBT cards at the beginning of the month.

💳 You can continue using any remaining balance on your EBT card.
�🥕 Market Match will still be available at all Urban Village Farmers’ Markets, including San Carlos, so you can stretch your food dollars for fresh fruits and vegetables.

It’s that time of year where we take a break to make way for the San Carlos Art & Wine Faire! We’ll be closed this Sunday (10/12) but will be back next weekend with our normal hours.
