Recipe #2 in our Citrus Series 🍊🍯

This Honey Citrus Yogurt Bowl is one of the simplest ways to elevate your morning.

Creamy yogurt, fresh citrus, and a drizzle of real San Diego honey — that’s it.

The honey brings everything together, adding smooth sweetness and depth you just can’t get anywhere else.

Simple ingredients. Incredible flavor. Real honey makes the difference.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1–2 tbsp San Diego Honey Co. Pollen Plus honey
• ½ orange or mandarin, peeled and sliced
• 2–3 tbsp granola

Instructions:
1. Add yogurt to a bowl.
2. Top with fresh citrus slices.
3. Sprinkle granola on top.
4. Drizzle generously with honey.
5. Finish with optional toppings and enjoy.

Tip: The quality of the honey makes all the difference.

Ingredients:
• sourdough toast
• butter or ricotta
• drizzle San Diego honey
• segments and squeeze of fresh orange
• pinch flaky salt

Instructions:
Spread base. Top ingredients. Drizzle honey. Light citrus squeeze. Add salt.

Honey Butter Biscuits made with our local honey = perfection 💛

📝 Ingredients

For Biscuits:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup cold butter (cubed)
• ¾ cup milk

For Honey Butter:
• ½ cup softened butter
• ¼ cup San Diego Honey 🍯 (Wildflower or Habanero for a spicy twist!)
• Pinch of sea salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F

2️⃣ Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

3️⃣ Cut in cold butter until crumbly.

4️⃣ Stir in milk until dough forms.

5️⃣ Roll out and cut biscuits.

6️⃣ Bake 12–15 min until golden.

7️⃣ Mix butter + honey + salt.

8️⃣ Serve biscuits warm with honey butter.
