Ingredients
Crust
•  1 cup almond flour – Just About Foods
• 1⁄2 cup oat flour – Just About Foods
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
• Pinch of salt
Frozen Lemon Cheesecake Filling
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1⁄4 cup honey
• Juice of 2 lemons
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds – Just About Foods
Instructions
Crust
1. Mix all crust ingredients until a moist, crumbly texture forms.
2. Press firmly into the bottom of a pan.
3. Freeze for 15–20 minutes.
Filling
1. Add all filling ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the filling over the chilled crust.
4. Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until firm.
Before Serving
•  Remove from the freezer 10–15 minutes before serving for the perfect creamy texture.

Individual Cottage Cheesecake
If you’re craving cheesecake but want something lighter, this high-protein version is a must-try. 
Made with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and light cream cheese, it’s creamy, satisfying, and packed with protein—all for just 160 calories per cheesecake. 
No added sugar, simple ingredients, and the perfect healthy dessert to keep in the fridge when you want something sweet. 💚✨
Ingredients
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup cottage cheese
3 tablespoons light cream cheese
1 egg
1½ tablespoons cornstarch or tapioca starch
2–3 packets sweetener of choice (monk fruit, Splenda, stevia, etc.)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
 
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth, making sure there are no cottage cheese lumps.
3. Pour the mixture into 2 small ramekins or individual baking dishes.
 
Air Fryer Method
1. Cook at 150–160 °C (300–320 °F).
2. Start checking at 15 minutes.
3. Total cooking time is usually 15–20 minutes, depending on your air fryer.
4. The center should be slightly jiggly but set around the edges.
5. Let cool completely.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix: banana, oat flour, peanut butter, and agave syrup

4. Form small bite-sized balls.

Ingredients
* 1 cup peanut butter – Just About Foods (no sugar added)
* 1 egg
* 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
* 1 tablespoon coconut flour – Just About Foods
* Pinch of baking soda

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and line a baking tray.
2. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and egg until smooth.
3. Add the monk fruit, coconut flour, and baking soda.
