Well this turned out amazing. Will definitely be doing it again with a few tweaks.

Trying something new. Lamb leg stuffed with whole chestnuts, apricots, almond and Irish butter paste with garlic, rosemary, nutmeg and clove. Will get basted in a scotch and ale BBQ sauce.

Planning on trying out a pulled pork family meal. Baked beans, cornbread and slaw. Feeds 2 for $30, 4 for $50. Comes with homemade Carolina mustard sauce and Thai Chile BBQ sauce. If I can get 30 people interested I'll pull the trigger.

Pulled pork, brisket, ribs, beer can chicken? Spicy Kansas City sauce, Carolina mustard sauce, and maybe even a few more if I'm feeling adventurous. I'm going to set this up a family meals rather than individual portions. If I can get enough people interested I'll post prices and deals.
