Meet your neighbor, artisan, and local veteran Mark Eckman. A Rancho Peñasquitos resident of 26 years, he’s wrapping up an incredible 26 years of federal service with the Navy after a career as a retired Army officer and paratrooper. 🪂⚓

Using polished beach stones and wire collected from local shores, he creates stunning handmade bonsai tree sculptures and jewelry. 🌊🌳
