Barrio Seed Bank A grassroots organization. Clean seeds made accessible to the impoverished. Raising awareness about Live demonstrations & workshops at Schools & Churches.

The mission of Barrio Seed Bank is to provide the community with:

- FREE Clean Seed: Qualifying applicants will receive organic, non-GMO, native, and viable seeds. We will also include information and support to help our clients with a successful grow!

- Educational Workshops: Seed saving, seed starting, sustainable growing, and preparing raw food.

- Community Resource: Functional website with

and information & links to our partners and other growing related website. We will also have several printed seed catalogs, and library.

- Grower Gatherings: We will host a bi-monthly farmers market, known as the Crop Swap. This event will include vendors, artists, music, and workshops for all ages!

- Community Outreach: Guerilla Gardening missions throughout various neighborhoods. We will also be producing a bi-monthly Zine, filled with growing tips, and other useful information.
