Holy cow, what a way to start 2026!
Thank you for the generous coverage + awesome write-up, and to , + for chronicling (see what I did there!) the many iterations of Dolores Deluxe over the years!
Gotta shoutout the team, whose choice to build something different on our humble little corner (often in favor of other opportunities) has allowed us to grow so fast! To our amazing kitchen manager , who’s kept the production kitchen at cruising altitude since September (turbulence be damned!), to our prep cooks who don’t have IG but deserve all the flowers, to + holding down the sandwich station and giving me the bandwidth to keep growing the business, to .ortizz_ who’s been with us for the longest and has helped us with so much behind the scenes, to .chee, + who bring so much natural hospitality + life to this historic space, and to everyone who’s been a part of our team since 2022 - THANK YOU ALL!
We have so much in the works for this year + beyond, and it’s invigorating to feel that we are JUST getting started (even after 3 years). We are so grateful for every neighbor, every customer, and every opportunity. We promise to keep pushing. ❤️ 🙏
