It all began back in 1896, when P.G. Molinari brought a slice of his Italian heritage to San Francisco, crafting salami and other delicacies that quickly earned a spot in the hearts (and stomachs!) of locals. Fast forward to 1962, when our family—led by Alfredo Mastrelli —bought the storefront from the Molinari family.

Now, four generations of the Mastrelli family have been behind the counter serving San Francisco; Alfredo, Bob, Joe, and currently Nicola. And perhaps one day, little Giacomo—currently just a year old— will choose to continue to carry on the legacy.
