Great cooking often only require a minimum of prep time if you’re using high quality ingredients. Guerra’s lamb is sourced from a local family ranch. They’re none of the gaminess usually associated with lamb from other countries. The flavor is a bit subtler than beef but the meat is just as tender. All you need is a bit of rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper, less than an hour for a roast and no more than 15 minutes for chops on the grill. No better meal on a beautiful spring day.
