BLOCK X is oil produced from old growth trees that were slated for destruction. 😅

And the Sevillano is a delicate oil produced from a meaty queen-sized olive. You won’t find much of this variety grown and milled to perfection in California.

Olive flowers in bloom! They are tiny. The trees are full of these pretty white flowers bringing hope of a bountiful Fall harvest.

They have a long way to go and many obstacles to overcome - rain and wind in particular. Fingers crossed these flowers will ‘set’ and bud into little green balls, the fruit.
