It’s that time of the month again! Come to our butcher’s happy hour today in Napa from 5:30pm- 7:00pm. We will be pouring Coenobium Fizzante which is made by nuns in Vitorchiano, Italy and Ironically demonstarting the butchering a McCormack ranch lamb. Custom cuts will be available upon request.😀
