Happy Monday and welcome to Board D’oeuvres first ever cheese of the week! Every week I will be sharing a different cheese I’ve tried and recommend!

This week our featured cheese is CowGirl Creamery’s St Pat! This cheese is not only creamy and delicious it is also quite festive! This bloomy rind cheese is wrapped in beautiful dark green nettle which makes it perfect for a St Patrick’s Day celebration!

Milk Type: Cow
Flavors: buttery, verdant, hints of artichoke
Pairs well with: Off-dry white wines, sweeter wines
