Despite the ceasefire agreement declared at midnight on July 28, Thailand has failed to comply. Thai forces not only violated the ceasefire but also detonated weapons and detained Khmer soldiers as hostages—while the Cambodian soldiers did not return fire out of respect for the ceasefire terms.
This clearly confirms that the Thai military and leadership have deliberately and unlawfully invaded Cambodian territory.
