In 2022, the state will begin enforcing a proposition that requires more space for breeding pigs, egg-laying chickens and veal calves. Only 4% of national hog operations now comply with the new rules.

*Notice: we have just received the word that nationwide meat supplies will be very limited and very expensive for the next few weeks. There is plenty of steers but pork is very limited. The major slaughtering houses that produce the product are running skeleton crews. We will make every effort to keep some type of product available at affordable prices. Our current cases may be suspended, we may be carrying combination packs until things get back to normal. Our goal is to keep our loyal customers fed. Smart Shop! Stay Safe! :)

Gourmet Selections Wholesale LLC is enforcing the latest guidance from the CDC for cleaning, disinfecting and preventing the spread of COVID-19. We have issued facemask respirators, gloves, hand sanitizer, Lysol spray disinfectant and rubbing alcohol for our staff and for the cleaning of vehicles. No one in our staff is sick but gloves are mandatorily being worn for deliveries and masks are worn upon request.

*We are supplying our drivers with folding tables for non-contact delivery, porch-side or set up a display in your garage. Please apply social distancing skills during the presentation. Keep children and pets in the home while drivers are present and inform the driver is anyone in your home is sick with COVID-19.
