It's Bud Break in the Orchard as the Pecan Trees are beginning a new season. Fresh leaves are coming out on the bare limbs and the grass is turning green. The wildflowers (bluebonnets right now) help develp an environment to attract the beneficial insects that keep our pecan world in balance. The beauty of the spring encourages us all as we come to work each day to make more Pecan Preserves, Pies, Candies, and yes, Poppin Pecan Snack! It's sweet aroma blends into the spring air around us!
