Good morning, y’all! I wanted to make a quick post to help educate some folks! When I first began my health and fitness journey I was extremely lost. I didn’t know where to begin to be honest! I researched a few different ways to lose weight, and trust me you’ll find many different methods on the internet. However, the best and most effective way is to be in a CALORIE DEFICIT! Calories in and calories out. I’ll attach some photos down below to help grasp that concept.
If you need some help determining what you’re maintenance calories may be I’ll be more than happy to help. You can also find a TDEE calorie calculator (on google) that can give you this information. To be in a calorie deficit you must eat less than your maintenance calories.
My goal is to provide you with low calorie meals that taste great, so that staying in your calorie deficit is easily maintained! The best part about a calorie deficit is YOU CAN EAT WHATEVER YOU ENJOY🤩 (in moderation is key). As long as you stay in your set calorie deficit you will lose weight!
