Some quick pictures of another auction cake, these are my favorite to make because I know they are getting auctioned for community causes and because I usually get creative freedom and it’s a great excuse to make a spruced up cake so that people will be interested in wanting to buy (donate) for the event it’s needed for.🧡

I have genuinely moved to a state of mind that is not concerned in the slightest how people view me, my family or our plans. We know exactly what we believe in and exactly what we stand for and who we stand with, it has and will always be for the truth and those who are at the bottom of the machine, if our weakest members are neglected then those at the top have their sucess in a form that we don’t want. All of this is part of our personal calling, this is our dream, it has been for years and we have already been doing it for years in the areas that we can. We stand by our desire to lift up the broken hearted, to aid those in need, to stand ten toes down on seeking out truth at whatever cost. We are not comfortable living in a systemic lie that is built on the backs of oppressing anyone, nor will we ever be made to believe that we should be.

Anyone who knows me personally knows there’s one thing I will never be in the face of injustice and that is silent. My big mouth is going to walk me to my last breath and I will help and speak up for those I have the capacity to in the mean time. Self care for us is doing what we can to live a life that makes sense to us, not one decided and curated for us. We are taking care of ourselves, we are healthy, we are privileged and desire to use that privelage for more than ourselves, we are blessed and grateful in many ways.

I talk a lot but, it is what it is. Those who care to listen will even if it’s just 1 person.

I will be making an announcement this week as the times are shifting it has called me to restructure some of my future goals and while I’ll always be baking and saving for a communal space that we can provide food/bakes and foster human connection, this year is asking me to slow down in certain areas even more so with my business, so I will be updating you guys soon on what that looks like for us and how we plan to continue to build a future that involves a lot of what the capitalistic rat race and noise of this current society is stealing from so many of us, those who are toiling at the bottom of the machine, those who see through the facade of all the orchestrated chaos we are enduring. So much destruction is being wrought and we fight with creation, continual hope and effort to structure something new.

These are some of the most challenging times in history, part of why certain individuals and communities are doing what they can to prepare for the future ahead of us beyond this extended collapse, a key part of that future involves community and a less hyper individualist desensitizated reality, I hope everyone has been doing well despite the horrid that persist, we need each other and we can not lose sight of what it means to balance our own lives amidst all of this turbulence, everyone will have a different calling, a different role a different capacity to serve and to handle information. I hope we can continue to have grace over the existence of differences that encompass the people of this planet.🧡

*halting posting* *pedophiles* (sorry for the typos) With the readily free information available to the public at this time and what we know about the system we live under, I do not take these things lightly. It is a massive, MASSIVE injustice and tragedy we have been facing for way too long and many people have trying to sound the alarm since before I was born. None of this is new, they simply decided to share this information now with the public, for a reason.

Our system is corrupt and so many are suffering at the hands of it, technically we all are in different ways as it was never built to sustain or uphold the collective people in the first place. If you think this is “too political” I don’t know what to say. This is simply a moral matter and one that concerns us all and our futures. While, I am not sure what the future holds, no one does, I can do what I feel called to do in our small corner of the picture. We as a family are turning inward with a balance of pouring outward where we feel called to. We seek to truly understand our roles and how we can work to fulfill them with passion to encourage the fight for a better future for our children, for us all.

A festive cake order🥰 This order was placed months ago and I have been anxiously looking forward to making it, she gave me creative freedom for this and that is the absolute best to be trusted with a cake like that.🥰

The flavor of this cake is quite magical too! Rosemary infused olive oil cake, with both homemade white chocolate ganache filling and orange curd, decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream. My family and I dipped the cake scraps in all the left over fillings and were so pleasantly surprised by how good it was since we had never had this specific flavor combo before.🥰🧡

This cake from baking everything to decorating start to finish took 11 hours.🧡

I want to try and do more tiered cakes but it just takes so long to do one tiers it’s hard to get the momentum going for more tiers lol, but my queen inspires me so much with the tiered cakes I have to try sooooon. 🧡

Join us December 13th! 🥰🧡 Help support marginalized communities, 477495 Highway 95 Ponderay, food will be available starting at 3:00pm and we will be enjoying in company and fundraising into the evening.🧡

Long live the memory of our ancestors, they would be proud of every person who is still fighting for justice.🧡 As a business owner it matters to me to make sure my business is vocal on these topics. If you aren’t already aware that is the entire goal of our business model, to open a local bakery that is open a few times a month that pours back into people, centered around community, oneness, feeding the needy and connecting others through hosting a multitude of events that foster creativity, support and aide to those who are suffering.

Our family personally does not celebrate
holidays because of how much truth is buried in
“tradition” but if you are celebrating today I hope you can carry in your heart somewhere the memory of the indigenous, black, Asian and Mexican people who have gone before us all of whos blood is in the foundations of the land we live in. I know I am grateful daily of my blessings that would not be possible with out those who have fought before me.🧡
I would not be able to legally have the business I do today, I would not be able to be married to my incredible husband today (he is white and it was illegal once for a woman of color to marry a white male) if it weren’t for everyone who came before me to fight for a better way of life. Let’s keep doing so for those who are still suffering. The fight is not over.🧡
