I am taking open enrollment for a class which will be taught by my friend! Who grew up in Egypt and make THE BEST hummus dish EVER!

The class will be an early afternoon on a Saturday in June. Cost will be $35 each.
Room for only 10 people.

BONUS: you get to enjoy a fun fellowship and gorging on Hummus and all the fresh vegetables.

Otherwise THURSDAY all the others will be taking a hike to THE FOOD BANK!
The Food Bank has a garden behind the building and I support them growing food to give away.

Today was an eventful, productive day. Full of beautiful people and supporters.

This chic is ending her day with a classic cinnamon roll I saved JUST FOR ME! And it was SO GOOD.

The Pine Street Farm Stand loves you all.
I will be opening June 13 and will be open until Mid September.

Farm stand will be open with baked goods, coffee, dried goods, and crafts.

I will have a SAMPLE table for some of the products and MR. Nate Cropper will have freshly brewed coffee for a tasty treat.
Which would pare well with some of my yummies.

Our Greenhouse sale will feature beautiful vegetables, flowers and herbs for purchase.

Let me introduce you to Nathan Cropper!

I’m not gonna mention age here, but I have know Nate since he was 12 and that was 29 years ago. (You do the math).
Nate is a devoted husband, father of 5 and works for Tamarack aerospace as an Engineer in Sandpoint.

As a side venture Nate has dove into coffee. He has been roasting coffee for 10 years and started his business in 2026. He uses a Sivetz Roaster and uses fair trade organic beans.
Nathan will have his Lightning Creek - full blend espresso and first crack blend available for purchase at the soft opening Saturday, May 16 at 9:00 am.
