Pie Life
It all began on a farm... Living off the land where one of many duties is to cook up nourishing meals for all the workers, which definitely has taught me a lot. And one bright and sunny day, inspiration hit to bring nourishing pies out into the community. Who doesn’t love a good pie?!
My mission with these pies is to serve a love-loaded treat that fills up the belly with the foods from the land. I am committed to using only organic ingredients and using as many ingredients that are not only local, but coming from regenerative agriculture farms. These pies are small, but filling. Each week I bring to you one sweet and one savory flavor, and constantly rotate flavors each week. Oh and bonus... there’s also Masala Chai to bring in sweet serenity to the pie experience.
At Sandpoint Farmer’s Market every Wednesday, 3-5:30, and Saturday, 9-1. See you there. Xx Kahlin
