We still have some oak SMOKING WOOD available! There may be a bit of pecan and cherry left, too. We have been blown away by how much cherry that we have sold. We use red oak mostly, maybe a piece of another wood with it, and we’re surprised at the number of cherry smokers in the area.
$10 bundle.

Self-Serve, we fill it at every opportunity. If you need smoking wood or fire wood and your favorite is not there, just message us, and we can usually get you some there pretty quick. We only live 1/4 mile away, and always have more ageing.

We have EGGS and LOCAL HONEY!

Arick put 2 dozen of our gorgeous “fresh and tasty” eggs in the little refrigerator this morning.
Grab them while you can! Ain’t a thing wrong with breakfast for dinner. You know you love it! Yummy, yummy! lol

I also just made some half-pints of COWGIRL CANDY that we will have over there in a few days. Some are pineapple, some are peaches and mango, all fresh fruit that I cut myself, and peppers from Arick’s garden at the stand.
How do you like your Cowgirl Candy? I was thinking spooned over smoked cream cheese would be delicious, but I’m warning you, it has a bit of a kick! What is your favorite way to eat it?

Don’t forget about the book worm! It’s about time for a date with a good book…maybe some slice and bake cookies, or some popcorn…some of the best weekends ever started this way.

We have EGGS! Our hens have been broody forever, at least it feels that long!

We have a little refrigerator next to the ice-vending machine with 2 dozen available. $5 dozen. Cleaned, natural, and Farm Fresh.

The Book Worm is full, Full! Bursting at the seams with children’s books, and every genre of adults hardcovers and paperbacks!
Stop by and grab one or two, and relax with a good story this weekend! (1268 Pitkin Rd-Hwy 10, just 2 miles from 171 from the red light in Pickering)
Drop off your extra books any time! If the Book Worm is full, you can put them anywhere (ice-machine, firewood stand, chicken cooo, Farm Stand), and I will grab them and fill it up with them with the next switcharoo!
Reading is so fulfilling, it’s crazy how it just slips away from us if we let it. Find it again, you’ll be glad you did!

We saw the cutest little self serve Farm Stand on 171 S, just N of Hornbeck.

They had little bags of mullein for home remedies, eggs, books, and a lot of cute handmade things.

I got a potholder, some pine salve, and a book.

They have electronic payment methods or a cash box.

We added a coloring book and a sticker book in with our other new children’s books.
We also added a craft kit with a ton of kid-friendly craft supplies, like pompous, pipe cleaners, cut out shapes, plastic designs. It would be a fun project for a couple of young girls with a bottle of glue! It comes in a little carrying case.
I hope the kids are enjoying the last of their summer vacation, and continue to read and trade books at the Book Worm!
