Thank you to the Sanford Centennial Museum for the kind words! We’re just happy to be able to support Founders Day and give back to our community in any way we can.

Sanford means a lot to us, and we’re grateful to be a small part of keeping these traditions going. ❤️

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Taylor Meyette of the Sanford Food Center and Jamie Mose of the Sanford Lake Bar & Grill. These two community partners continually go above and beyond for the Sanford Centennial Museum, offering steadfast support, generosity, and encouragement year after year. Their contributions help sustain the traditions that make Founders Day such a cherished celebration — from preserving our local heritage to creating a welcoming space where families, friends, and visitors can gather and enjoy the day together.

Taylor and Jamie embody the spirit of community that Founders Day was built upon. Their commitment ensures that this beloved event remains vibrant, meaningful, and accessible to everyone who values Sanford’s history and the stories that connect us.

Happy Labor Day Weekend from the Sanford Food Center family! Enjoy the long weekend with family, friends, and great food! We will be open during our normal business hours today (9/05) and Sunday (9/06), but on Monday (9/7), we’ll be open from 9 AM to 5 PM. 😎😀👍
