FAIR TIME! Thank you so much everyone who stopped by on Friday to say hello to Kent at the Ventura County Fair Auction! It's been a crazy couple months and with the animals coming from both Santa Barbara and Ventura we are now super busy! It's a pleasure to serve you all and very excited to work on your meats and special orders in the coming months.

Thank you for sharing some of the Summer time FAVS! I loved it! Summer is coming to an end, but the heat is still coming! We hope that everyone is not only enjoying their tasty meat supply, but we hope everyone and every animal is staying hydrated out there. So bring out those last packages of sausage and kabob meat and start grilling!! Summer is almost over!
