Welcome to Three Leaves Foods, a prepared food Community Supported Kitchen. With so many diets, fads, and new information these days it's hard to keep up - let alone make it at the end of a long day! That's where we come in! Let us do the researching, sourcing, planning, shopping, cooking, and baking for you- so all you need to do is enjoy, resting-assured your family is eating nutrient-dense- and

delicious- foods! What is a prepared foods CSK? Three leaves offers a weekly offering of locally-sourced pre-made meals for you to pick up at our local commercial kitchen and retail food store. Each bag will contain:

-32 oz. field-inspired soup

-2 fresh, protein-rich salads

-1 prepared dinner entree

-1 ferment, sauce or spread

-a healthy sweet treat

Each share serves hearty portions for 2 adults or a small family

All foods are gluten-free, with no refined sugars or oils

Served in re-usable glass and/or recyclable containers
