🍖Pork Baby Back Ribs Previously frozen. $3.99/LB

🍶BBQ Sauce of choice
✅¼ cup paprika
✅3 tbsp brown sugar
✅1 tbsp garlic powder
✅1 tbsp onion powder
✅1 tbsp salt
✅½ tbsp chili powder
✅½ tbsp cumin
✅½ tbsp black pepper

Sides:
🍞King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls, 12 ct $2.99

Instructions:
1️⃣ Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat them completely dry so the seasoning sticks better.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Brush mustard all over the ribs, then coat with the seasoning mix and pat it in well.
4️⃣ Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and bake at 300°F for 3 hours.
5️⃣ At the 2.5 hour mark, take the ribs out, brush on BBQ sauce, then bake uncovered for the last 30 minutes.
6️⃣ Prep your sides while the ribs finish cooking, then serve and enjoy!

Spring hosting, but make it budget friendly ✨🍋

Pulled together a dreamy spring dinner party for under $12 a person for 6 people and honestly… no one would ever guess. Menu was lemon chicken with asparagus and rice, a fresh Greek salad, a simple side salad, and an easy appetizer with brie and apricot jelly. Finished it off with orange ice cream topped with fresh orange zest 🍊

Same grocery list. Two stores. One very clear difference.

I wanted to see what happens when you shop the exact same everyday items at Grocery Outlet vs a traditional grocery store so I built a simple weekly list and tried to match everything as closely as possible.

From popcorn and blueberries to almond butter and zucchini I compared size quality and ingredients side by side.

At Grocery Outlet I found bigger packs of organic produce and clean ingredient options like almond butter with no seed oils. At the competitor some items were smaller more limited or harder to match exactly.

And when I laid everything out at home the difference was obvious.
