As our Kitchen Manager, TJ is the hands-on leader who helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether he's cooking, baking, or prepping, he puts care into every detail because he believes every customer deserves the very best.

TJ's love for cooking started as a kid, learning alongside his mom and grandma. Today, that passion shines through in every meal he helps create. His favorite part of the job? Getting to know the people who walk through our doors and seeing them leave with a smile.

When he's not in the kitchen, you'll find him spending time with family, traveling, enjoying a cup of tea, or catching an episode of The Chi.
