Robin here. I want to share an update with you. This is one that has been on my heart for a while.

When I bought Zanti’s, I knew I had so, so much to learn and a great amount of research and evaluation to do. I knew I needed time and a thorough review, and I’ve really tried to accomplish that. What I have learned is that our passion, and where we do our best work, is in the baking. It’s what makes The Cake Lady unique.

The time has come to remember where my heart is. To grow the vision that all of us in the Zanti’s family have been looking forward to for several months. So, I’ve made the decision to consolidate the deli menu and focus on what we do best, our gooey butter cakes and desserts.

We will still offer several of your favorite deli sandwiches, appetizers, and salads. We will be bringing back our specialty sandwiches as weekly specials, so watch our social media to see when things are featured.

For now, all of our current menu items are available, while supplies last, so come in soon to get your favorite.

Below is our new menu. We will also be returning to having our “take and bake” items with fresh choices available each week.

This decision was not made lightly. Quite the opposite, it has been a very difficult process, deeply thought out and based on extensive business and financial review. I understand how much our customers love our specialties and each and every one of them will show up as a weekly special soon.

So come see us at “The Cake Lady”, grab your favorite sandwich or salad, and don’t forget to get your gooey!
