Dear Community Member,

The Plattsburgh Rod and Gun Club is excited to host our 1st Annual Open House and Vendor Event on Saturday, June 20th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Plattsburgh, NY. This family-friendly event is being held to bring our community together while helping support and grow our Junior Marksmanship Program and help revitalize and improve the club building for future generations to enjoy.

Our junior program teaches young people important life skills including safety, responsibility, discipline, focus, teamwork, and respect. We are passionate about giving local youth positive opportunities to learn in a safe and supportive environment while also preserving and strengthening a valuable community organization.

We are currently seeking help from local businesses, organizations, and community members through sponsorships, donations, raffle items, vendor participation, or volunteer support. Any contribution — large or small — will help make this event successful and directly benefit our youth programs and building improvement efforts.

Ways you can help:

• Food or Beverage Donations
• Vendor Booth Participation
• Entertainment or Activity Support
• Volunteer Help the Day of the Event
